Thanks buddy ;) I really can't feel any difference in my strength if do them at the start or the end of my session, so I really doesn't matter for me. As long as it gets done.

Your deadlifts are outstanding JB, so are your BB Rows, and man they are damn close to your deadlifts (is that suppose to happen? lol) only you and Rocky I swear :hay:

Weighted Pullups! YES!!! about time I see somebody else do them in here, and for a good amount of reps at that, still not as good as me :spy: but pretty awesome

V-Bar rows are awesome too dude, nice thrashing of the back this session.

Damn your superior Biceps :tear: Thats some heavy weight to be throwing around like that with those biceps :skurred:

Thanx, Kaewt. But I do think my deadlifts suck but that is to be expected when haven't really done them on a regular basis.

Weighted pullups are pretty good;) but I'm not a strong as you though:tear:
