My right knee (Patella i think) has hurt big time yesterday and bit today so Dr. Tunen :D told me to do ATG Olympic Squats with light weights for a while.

My stomach started to feel bloated again during training.. almost as if I was gonna throw up. Also happened last time. Gonna try and skip the V12 next training.

LOL yeah I'm gonna train my delts a few times per week. Haven't really trained them since November last year so I think it is time for me to hit those puppies again :D

Thanx, kid ;) I just gonna try and tire my shoulders before hitting my pecs, so they won't take over as much.

As far as the squats go I'm going as deep as possible.. hmastrings touching my calfs. I'm nowhere near my max but I feels much better this way.

Don't know about mighty but I'm trying the best that I can ;)

Yeah I'm trying to exhaust my delts before I hit chest now.. I hope that will give me more than just big delts :D:

whats with those dips not being weighted???? :no: :no:

other then that, very solid work done with the shoulders and bench press especially doing it in the middle.

Great work on those inclines as well, impressive for hitting them towards the end and after bench and hitting the meat of the shoulders :skurred:


Nicolai = ugliest log ever? :spy:
