I feel you on training in the morning JB, I had to do that about a week ago and just didn't feel strong at all. You still managed to put in a solid session regardless and those squats and dips are very impressive.

For me I think it has sumething to do with when I train in the morning I only had breakfast + a shake. But when I train in the evening I've been eating all day long, getting plenty of water and so on. Just a theory though.

Thanks for the comment but I didn't even push myself. Just kept thinking about going home because I felt like shit.
My ssquat max is about 90lbs above the ones I did today.

Thanks.. It is pretty hard to all those reps in an excercise such as deads. I couldn't even speak the first few minutes after that :D The guy who was waiting to use the rack asked me about something and I was like: "Yes.. I... am.. finished.... You... gotta... remove.... the... weights.. your... self..." :runinafire:

Todays training was the first in since friday last week. So I have had a rest in roughly 10 days time and I've enjoyed it.
Don't know what my new program will look like but I think I'll end up doing a fullbody EOD with focus on chest.

Some light training to start it all.

16x60kg

Db. lateral raise:

Db. Curl:
15x17kg

Db. Hammercurl:
10x19.5kg

Closegrip benchpress:
12x60kg
14x60kg

Stifflegged deadlifts:
12x60kg
12x60kg

Db. shrugs:
15x37kg
12x37kg

Standing calf raise:
20x200lbs
