thanx, señor Fallen..

Well it's not really a routine yet because so far I've just trained what I wanted to :D
But from next workout it will look pretty much like the routine I used with the other Smolov cycle.

LOL well some of the machines the weights are in lbs (it says so on a sticker), so might as well use it.
