yea boy like you really need your quads to be anybetter :no: lol...excellent squats man, lots of them too!!!

you hit them traps hard baby! trying to get that higher back looking great YEA BUDDAH! Superior job with them stiff legs and bench press as well, your bench is always great and a nice finish hitting those tricpes.

Nice numbers JB, but I'm just a little curious why you're doing both behind the back and front barbell shrugs...apart from that, awesome session with great numbers.

And I don't even want to know what you look like with "vascularity like you've never seen before" :skurred:

Well I gotta bring up my upper back/trapz, so I have to do more shrugs. I just do a few variations to keep it interesting ;)

Still impressive for a "quick run over" JB. Worked the chest and tri's really well, very good numbers. Hope you have a blast at the Nationals.

Looking mighty fine good man. Like the fact that you go in there and it seems pretty casual in your mind yet the workload is huge, nothing relaxed about it.
Hope the nationals were good.

Nice workout JB 35mins thats not bad at all i kinda miss my short workouts before i had a partner lol. On avg what do you say was the # of failure i'm just courious.

I started today so it's too early to say anything yet.. all though it felt like my strength was improved:ughfingers:

Wow JB, that's a lot of work for 35 minutes. Bench looks great, you must've had an awesome pump there. Next year you'll be on that stage...or else :spy:
