it went surprisingly well but my shoulders started to hurt during the last couple of reps. When I'm done with Smolov jr I think I'm gonna do some 6x6 for benchpress so I'll keep the reps above 5. It tends to hurt in my joints when I go low rep in bench.

Todays training:

I wasn't motivated to train anything but chest today. Luckily the squatrack was taken during the whole time I was in the gym.. People curling and what not.
I did my smolov training in reg. benchpress today.

I think I can start seeing some improvements on my chest so at least Smolov cycles pays off:D Still can't wait to end this crazy shit.

Todays training.
I can feel that my body, at least my chest, shoulders and elbow joints needs a weeks rest soon from all the benching. My strength is starting to lack and I generally just feel tired. time for some deload.
At least I think my chest has gotten a tad bigger than before the program, so I'll def. do it again sometime.

well it is only normal to feel like u are after all this rigorous training. but u always have good numbers, and this session is no exception, good job!

Stern but clever :D

I'll take tommorrow off and friday I will not have time to train so saturday will be my 2nd last smolov training. But at this point i don't that 2 off days will hurt one bit.

Football fan--> I think I've been training around 5-6 years or so.

Haha thanx alot, mate. I'm pretty excited about how I'd look when I actually start to diet.
