Absolutely stunning work JB. Damn, I can't believe I've missed pics and a session.

Pics: Sweet back shots mate, you got a great taper and some huge shoulders on you. Your lat spread looks really good because of your narrow waist, it really stands out. Thanks for sharing mate, superb.

Session: Some supreme lifting as well. All big exercises with big numbers. That must have been a tough one to get through. No wonder you're looking massive mate. Excellent stuff Johnny.

As far as my back goes I know what I have to work on. I'd like to get a more detailed upper back and my erectors seem to have gotten smaller since I dropped deadlifts, so I'm back again with deads:weightlifter:

Well the 2 workouts are actually just my normal workout split into 2 because I had stuff to do around noon.

LOL yeah the last training day of the week in the Smolov Jr. is always 10x3x?.. The last day in the last week i'ts 10x3x122,5kg/270lbs

I've tried it before. First time I did a Smolov Jr. in Squats, bench and deads. that means heavy squats, bench and deads 4 times a week and I completly burned out in week 2 :D:D

Last time I did a smolov jr was in bent over bb rows and it went alright. But Smolov should only be used in an excercise where you can have proper form.
For instance my 1RM in bb rows was 170kg but that was way to much to use in Smolov since I was going to do 10x3x160kg the last day. And when Rows get really heavy you have a tendency to stand upright whcich results in bad form.

Anyways I do love it right now in decline bench/ benchpress.
