My wheels where pretty fried from work because we had to carry a piano up to the 6.th floor, so todays legtraining was pretty puny.

It's gonna be a 2 split with a Smolov jr. in decline bench but don't know if i'm gonna do the Smolov over 3 weeks (bench 4 times a week) or over 6 weeks (bench twice a week). besides smolov I'm gonna do breathing squats. Other than that it's just "normal".

I see. Loving those breathing squats. I used to do them ages ago, but I hate doing high rep work. Really, really, can't stand it. Hope the routine works out for ya though.
