I know what you're saying mate. Last December I took an entire month of Anaerobic training and found, on my return, I had actually lost little strength. My cardio work, however, seems to drop right off after only a few days of rest!

Bloody hell! Shoulder training?!?! Whatever next! If that's the sort of weight you use without training them then I despise you even further! Big weight and lots of sets. You wretched man. :)

Just shows that a deload of 10 days or even longer, is not that bad and you won't loose any strength (well might a bit but..).

Thnax a lot.. that PB was quite a battle:D The bar would slip lower and lower on my back so 3 or 4 times I had to have enough speed up, so that the bar would jump up and I could get i higher up on my back :hsughr:

As far as my chest training goes I really think I've found what I've been looking for. I placed 2 45lbs plates underneath the benchpress so it would decline, and I could really feel the difference. I could only feel my pecs work and it was from rep no. 1.. Usually my delts take some, if not a lot, of the movement in benchpress but by doing it a slight decline it was only my pecs working.

Nice work mate, always finding new angles, different positioning and experimenting. Glad you have found success.

Big inclines mate! I don't understand how you can move 110kg for 20 reps after doing only 2 with 100kg. Any explanation?

Heavy chest session, why you do high reps on some exercices and low on others?

Well the 2*100kg was what I call "adjustment" set. Just a few reps so my body can "adjust" to the weight. It works better for that way. I do it in bench sometimes too.

as far as the repranges go my lower body responds better with high reps. My upper body responds better in the 5-12 range. :xyxthumbs:

warm up, foo

Wtf is "foo"?

I'm probably warm enough to do 20*110kg without doing the 2*100kg first, but I'm just more comfortable when I've done a few reps first.
