It's a very hardcore excercise. Dragon flags is by far the toughest excercise I've ever done.

Full Contact Twists is another great one.

LOL it's not the weight I'm tired off but the excercise.. I think I'm gonna choose another row excercise the next couple of weeks.

I was surprised by how well the db' presses went. Only bad thing is that those are the biggest db's in my gym :tear:

Well not really :D I'm used to it so I don't really get all that sore. Not untill after i deload :D

Actually it felt good and I'm really starting to like non-lockouts.. And I've got a new stretch mark on my chest:eclipsee_gold_cup:

Well it's actually only 5 sets of bench. The first two are warm-up.

LOL yeah well.. lets just say that training my delts was plan B :D

I noticed one thing though.. About a year ago I really trained my delts just as hard as any other bodypart and my max in db shoulder press was 8*47kg. Now a year later with only a few delt sessions under my belt since November, and the sessions I've done have been really sloppy and light, I really haven't lost as much strenght as I feared. Now I can do 6*43kg in the same excercise.. :uhoh2:
