I always come in here and I'm never let down, always a very solid session from you JB, you hit it hard everytime. Damn that bench has really grown in these past couple months. Awesome that your training with Tunen, good team you two.

Smolov is a great cycle and I have no doubt that it's good for mass as well as strength. But my shoulders and joints can't stand all the heavy weights/ low reps thing so I'm making my own version of the cycle. Hopefully I'll start at that on monday.

nice log impressive numbers JB, and i'm glad to see that the smolov thing works properly and not only with strength but also with the size, i was thinking to give it a try for squats when i finish my current routine cycle so these are good news ;)

Keep it up.

I'd def. recommend it. All though my next cycle will be a lighter version weight wise, but have more reps to compensate for it.

I've been thinking about doing a Smolov jr in squat sometime, but not untill I'm finished beating my chesticles Russian style:D

I got San V12 today and it made sweet love to my tastebuds. God damn it that shit tastes good.

I took ½ a serving of Gakic with 1 serving of V12 and I had an awsome training with lots of energy, pretty decent strengt, very good stamina and for some reason vascularity like I've never seen before:ughfingers:
