Thanks but the DB's are easy but they don't have them heavier in teh gym. So I often keep short rests between sets or do them at the end of my training.

nice work man seems like a pretty dam good back day.....do u always do front squats or do u alternate??? i notice a lot of ppl do front squats but i don't see the big difference....

There's a difference... The more forward the barbell goes - the more upright the posture - the more quad-involvement. The regular SL squat is more of a posterior-chain move. FYI I'm the MOD of this log :spy:

agreed that cardio sux i would love to have a little bit faster metbo. Lots of rows there JB with good weight

Turkish--> I've been doing Front squats for some weeks now and I like it better than regular back squats, and I do hamstrings and quads on two different days (all though I sometimes do high lying leg curls on quad days because I'm awesome like that :food-snacking:).

Tunen--> You better do a good job in here being a mod.

Dr. Fallen--> I usually don't have any trouble losing weight but still cardio sucks.

Rocco--> Even my humbleness is awesome.
