2nd round of training is nothing short of your usual output of excellence either.

yeah they do.. or even if I don't train them. I'd wish the rest of my body would do the samehalf assed effort or not, your shoulders grow like weeds no matter how you train them.
I've noticed some decline in the leg strength it was the same with me Quad strength dropped like a tree getting struck my lightning

Close grips are strong, but did they actually get a bit weaker NOOOO!!
