Yeah well in some exercises I'm getting stronger. :ughfingers: In leg exercises I'm getting weaker and weaker.

Thanks, Kaewt. I have another 14 weeks to go so I'll be shredded to teh bone (Rocky's bone perhaps). :gaygay:

My 2nd round of training was just me doing a half-assed effort to train shoulders. :D Still gonna get me some freaky shoulders. :hsughr:

yeah they do.. or even if I don't train them. I'd wish the rest of my body would do the same:D

It sucks. and I kinda hate training legs anyway so being even weaker than usual blows.

I'm doing high reps for legs now because I still have sore knees from the cardio, so low rep/heavy leg training is a no go from now on.
