i like ur stifflegged deadlifts w/ a shrug.....not a bad idea......btw wat show are you planning on doing and what do you want ur weight to be or hope to be for your show

Philo--> Yeah exactly. I can see that I'm getting more and more vascular as the days goes so that's good.

Kaewt--> I like to do stiffies that way. :gaygay:

Turkish--> I picked that up in Melvin Anthony's latest DVD. Charles Glass showed him that exercise so I thought I'd give it a try.

As far as competition goes I'm entering the Nationals here in Denmark and I guess my weight will be around 73-75kg's. I'm not really that worried about how much weight I'm going to drop,as long as I look the best I can be. :)

It depends very much on what exercise I'm doing. Actually I think I did a PB i DB. Hammer Curls for reps last night.:ughfingers:

I think I could have gone a bit heavier but I'm having sore knees at the moment due to the cardio so I'm afraid of getting an injury. :tear:
