Alex--> I think rack deads do feel awkward the first couple of times you do it but I really like doing it because I can lift more weight due to the shorter ROM and the way you start the lift.

Actually Pillow-biter just shows up and works inbetween our sets. Jewnen and I barely know the guy... But he seems to be a litte retarded, so we just let him tag along:tiphat:
