I hope your elbows have recovered from the explosion. Can't believe how many sets of curls you did. Good weight too.

Yeah well.. I'm going up against at least one dude with a big pair of wheels so I better get my shit together if I want to have a small chance not being pwned onstage.

On a side note I felt that squat was easier after doing stiff-legged deads.

Oh and thanks for the compliment, master coach. :xyxthumbs:

Picke and Rocco--> Thanks very much.

Bulkboy-->My legs might not be the biggest on stage (I know they won't be) but I at least hope I can beat some of them on detail and conditioning.
I'm 27 years old btw.

awesome volume, workouts solid and consistent :xyxthumbs:

:49::49:

I've had a pretty good drive for the last two sessions. I hope I can keep it up.

Kaewt--> I would have done benchpress rest/pause as the 3rd exercise but the god damn bench was taken all the time.:angrydude:

I'll say your drive is up. Crazy amount of benching in that session. Superior weight too for so many sets.
I don't doubt for a second your leg conditioning will be your strength on stage.
