I'll find out next week ;)

But seriously it does help in a number of ways for me. The motivation and hunger for training heavy increases rapidly during the deload phase, and my strength is also better I feel and my joints (wrists and elbows) usually get a bit sore after 6-7 weeks of lifting so it's great way to give them some time off.

Thats a good point, I am going through that right now. Im going to have to give it a try, I just have to suck it up and try to make myself lift light for a bit. So you do it for a whole week?

As Jewnen said the heavy training starts today, and the routine stays pretty much the same except we're doing some DE bench press.
