I kinda regret some of my ink in a BB perspective but I got most of it done way before I even considered competing.

Obviously your legs are very impressive but your upperbody looks phenomal too! You have a great shape and will obviously have no problem nailing your conditioning. Best of luck with the rest of your prep brother!

PS: It would be awesome if you would make another thread in the headquarters with a bunch of your precontest pics leading up to your show! Just an idea, I would like to see other pics but obviously they are everywhere in your log, and it would be something cool to see how you progress as you get closer!

Yeah I know I'll be using the same color as I did my first contest. You could barely see the tattoos.

Thanks alot My legs have been overpowering my upper body alot more than now. I think I've made some good gains the last year or so, and been focusing on my weak bodyparts such as chest and arms. Hopefully I'll nail the conditioning this year

I think I'll just post them here so I have my pics and training the same place. I really don't feel any need for a seperat thread in main forum but I will probably post pictures from the contest when they are available.

I agree that the upper back tat may draw some attention away from detail. But if that tan works that well in covering it does it actually bring out the detail enough?

It will bring out the detail on my back but probably not a whole lot on my left arm, since it's almost covered with black ink.

Nope not at all. Maybe only the Chinese letters on my right triceps which (hopefully) represent my two younger brothers initials.

Oh and a testosterone molecule on my right biceps.

I just get ink done because I feel like it, there is no sad/romantic/I've found Jesus history to any of them.

Can't remember what weight I used but all of it was pretty light.

High Incline DB. Press:
4 sets

Seated DB. Shoulder Press:
4 sets

DB. Lateral Raise:
2 sets

DB. Rear Lateral Raise:
3 sets

DB. Shrugs:
4 sets

I'm gonna do the best that I can, the rest is up to the judges. I'm at least much better now than last time I competed.

I weighed 81kg the other day, gonna compete in the -80kg class. I will hopefully weigh in at around 79kg but time will tell.
