Kai Legs II

FLEXONLINE

The Olympia is rapidly approaching
and with just under a month to go, the competitors are suffering hard.

Carbs are low, cardio is high, and every rep seems like agony.
But that isn't stopping Kai Greene.

Two weeks ago, FLEXonline
followed Greene through a leg workout and he showed
no signs of slowing down.

This year Greene is out for redemption and he's training
like every workout could be his last.

And check back on Tuesday to see Phil Heath training arms!
Now sit back at watch:

Quest for a Sandow Part 2: Kai Greene Trains Legs 6
Weeks Out from the Olympia!

Tube Version!

Re: * Official 2011 Mr. Olympia thread*

Kai's Side chest reminds me of Ronnie with a shorter torso and lack of high traps. IMO he looks great. I think TKD needs to start looking at bodybuilders from a bodybuilding perspective and not from an attractiveness perspective lol... jk bruh i love u.

Bodybuilding isnt only about looking great, its about looking dominant and kai looks dominant next to almost every bodybuilder in that pose... sure some people have a better flow in that pose but besides the lack of traps and short torso, barely anybody could match the combination he has of density, seperation and conditioning...

As far as jay goes, i really hope its just the ****ty angle of the pics that makes his right leg look so small... looks really bad in those pics and i dont want phil to beat jay lol

branch_surgery_goes_well-1.jpg

his morning Arnold Classic Champion Branch Warren had surgery to repair his left quad tendon. His doctors at Baylor Hospital in Texas said the surgery went better than expected. According to his wife, Trish, he is recovering comfortably at home and plans to begin rehabilitation as soon as possible.

Warren's doctors expect him recover 100 percent and have no doubt that he will be able to defend his Arnold Classic title.

The 2011 Arnold champ suffered a torn quad tendon on Saturday after slipping in a parking lot in Atlanta, Georgia. The injury has forced Warren to skip this year's Mr. Olympia competition September 16-17 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Warren, who placed second in 2009 and third in the 2010 Mr. Olympia competitions was expected to place high again in this year's show.

I agree, Kai looks real dominant in the side-chest pose! And like you people say, it's about looking dominant also =)

Yup Branch.... if only you didn't train stupid... at least your legs that will grow anyway...

torn tendon in the quad... 4 weeks out of the O....

yup I think Branch is a bit stupid.

As often is the case, the injury didn't happen in the gym; Warren was in Atlanta for a guest posing appearance and he slipped on wet pavement getting into a car.

I'm not saying he injured himself in the gym.. I dont care where it was. The way he trains leads to tendon and ligament breakdown that can tear for example in a minor slip or twist.
