He's right, though I haven't seen Romper Stomper.

If you do see it, PLEASE borrow it from someone or download it. Do not spend any money getting it. :tear:

Army of Darkness > Evil Dead 2 > Evil Dead IMHO

Watched A History of Violence last night. Really enjoyed it! I was really impressed with the acting and story telling. I liked that there wasn't any real twists, more that it was an exploration of human violence and the outcomes. To end on only hope and no defined outcome was also refreshing.

I watched Dusk till Down tonight with Paul and a few other friends.

I liked it, it wasn't nearly as good as Pulp Fiction, but it was entertaining to say the least. If I really had to give it a rank I'd get it a 3 outta 5. George Clooney is the man.

How can you compare Dusk till Dawn to Pulp Fiction? They aren't even the same genre of movie.

Got out some good films this weekend as opposed to last weekend.

A History of Violence: Really enjoyed this, great acting, especially Maria Bello.

Escape from Alcatraz: Clint utters the classic line after being asked by a black inmate whether he was scared "No I just hate niggers!"

Lord of War: essentially a documentary on gun running. Great movie, suprised it didn't get better distribution as it was straight to DVD here. Funny that alot of the scenes actually used real guns and tanks that were owned by gun runners, as it was cheaper than getting props made.

McGyver Season 2: Much better than season 1, but still really cheesy 80's TV.
