I has trained.

Friday night after JB's weigh-in we went to the dungeon to finish him off. I was supposed to pull a double at 240kgs on deads. I was kinda skeptical towards that as I hadn't got a chance to eat anything since lunch. I had gone 8 hours without eating. FFS. But well, I went for it anyway and succeeded :wutyousay: Thus, my DL strength is the best ever.

We did some hanging leg-curls, some chins, some flyes and some scarecrows as well. I got 11 chins with an added 22,5 kgs so that's a new world record for you folks. This is what's physically possible for a male human being.

Awesomeness.

^^ Congrats on the PB!! Especially impressive with the lack of food.

I'm going to have to start changing things up a bit like you are doing. I'm really lacking for motivation and seem to come back weaker after a break or backoff.
