Freako>> Sounds clever. We do them ghetto-style, using a pull-down machine with a rope attached for assistance. We place the heels under the thigh-supporters and the knees on a bench set up in front of the machine. We face away from the machine.

Swell session with my bestest friends :) We really like dogging each other. And we thrive on each other's injuries. If JB for example has pain in his hip (which he happened to have today) I'll be like - "LOL! OH JOY!!!1" and laugh loudly, pointing my index finger at him :)

We do that to gain time to really bag on each other throughout the sessions. And none of us can stay at the gym any longer than 2 hours for our GFs :wutyousay:

Went skiing in France, hence the lack of updates. Went squatting yesterday though...

Ache>> Tips... hmm... I employ the WSB approach most of the time, supplementing with Sheiko'ish efforts sporadically. I'll have an easier time answering more concrete questions, so feel free :)
