Those Squats are big dude, I think I've seen you go ATG with something like 170kg, that was pretty unbelievable too.

Man, hitting deadlifts and Squats AND bench on the same day, talk about all the big compounds, thats great shit right there Tunen. Bench numbers are great, deadlift is huge! for 3 reps at that :eek4:

Outstanding job dude, great finish with those chins, calves, and laterals too. Always a stellar session from you

Nice superset with those db curls and skullcrushers, and dude, thats some heavy weight on them skullcrushers especially after hitting all those movements before.

good calve work too, good amount of volume you put on them.
