2 very solid sessions, I love all the frequency your putting on some of them movements. I really like your training style. Have you always trained like this? because your physique is living proof that this type of training is flipping great.

Either that, or you have the greatest genetics known to man, although your biceps are insane :eek4:

I've trained like this for around three years and gained a whole lot of muscle. It rocks!

Very random exercise choice. - Are you an instinctive trainer? (train by how you feel).

Wanted to know what's with all the singles on deadlift? Trying to increase your strength here? Guessing it's just part of your training routine this week.

I'm doing a singels-cycle on deads atm. It's 11 weeks of just singles! Gotta love that :xmaskekegay: I reckon it doesn't really make sense to rep in deads if you wanna increase strength :) Dead-reps should always be kept very low IMO.
