BP is ok on mondays... Kinda heavier weights :)

I've only been training a year, so that should tell you right now that you have a much better physique lol. :tear:

heres a couple anyway, everybody on here has seen these just about...I just like the 2nd one because nobody can match my thumbs up :spy:

I was 182 in the first pic, and 190 in the 2nd

Theres about 5 weeks left of the Gillingham cycle now... Hope it gives me some good gains :yardsalebroly:

The hacks sucked though... Done them before with better results, but the knees are not really keen on them anymore :tear:

I only do this in WL movements and Gillingham BP (in which it is dictated dunamic effort days). Doing more reps on the snatch-pull sacrifices technique! Thanx for the comment dood :yardsalebroly:

good deadlifting man, 330lbs is excellent, but I know you can go heavier :no:
