Big squats baby! BIG!!! 150kg is awesome dude and for 5 reps is excellent.

Bench press is always impressive, even when your only throwing up 10 sets of 90kg lol. 125kg is great though, very heavy and getting 5 sets in with that is impressive.

Thats a whooooole lotta snatch :hay: I aint seen that much snatch since well...last night :spy:

Laterals are great, chinups are great, and nice work with those calves :skurred:

I guess some call them snatch high-pulls as well... It's a weight-lifting exercise - you explosively deadlift the bar with a very wide grip, then bump it on your upper thighs and pull it up to nipple-level with your shoulders and traps. A very fast and power-demanding lift. LOVE IT!

^^ Cheers. I'm just getting into weightlifting. I've always done power cleans but now I'm actually aiming to snatch and C&J and possibly get good at it.

Evening toying with the idea of competing at state level (as long as I didn't bomb, my current lifts would not be embarrassing).

kewl dude! Weightlifting rocks. Wish I had time to do it more :(

Power cleans is a classic. I'm having trouble doing them because of the size of my arms and shoulders (I tell myself) and the lack of flexibility both in my shoulder and wrist -joints. I should really stop whining and get on with learning the technique and flexibility :xmasohnoes:
