huge arms bud and your benching is good not suprised your pump was good 80kg isnt a light weight to do 20 reps with, and your good mornings are heavy if I did them it would be a bad morning for my back lol

Damn I missed one of your sessions.

Those multi 1 rep sets are impressive! Do you get a hand off each time on bench? Also 5x5 (especially ATG) with 150kg doesn't need translating to pounds, it still sounds heavy to me.

Haha thanx dood :gaygay: Actually I'm not much for letting people touch the bar when I bench. I tend to loose my positioning slightly.

The squats should be allright monday. Hope I'm not too "overreached" and can bang them out. I'll try to get som footage :ughfingers:

This is the program for week 6 and forward. I'm going skiing in week 5 :hsughr:
