Didn't crash no, but sprained something in my lower back during sleeping from sunday to monday :hhj: Wtf? I'll go easy till the pain is all gone :xyxthumbs:

Yea well as your gym-experience grows you learn to work around injuries and to not do something outright stupid. In the old days I'd have gone squatting my ass off without giving a rats ass about a sprain :disgust:
