also how are the sumo's for muscle development, what do they target differently to a normal deadlift? ive been doing rack deads for mid back and trap thickness, it has worked a treat!

I do sumo deads because of my lower-back injury. You lift more with your legs compared to a normal deadlift. I don't really do deads for onset hypertrophy. I do them for overall mass and for the heck of it. Gotta love being strong :2:

Awesome session. All those lifts standout for strength, especially across multi sets. Great dips and the sumos are superb. I'll be looking to add those when my back is better.

Don't worry, I'm not dong regular squats yet either! :)

Great session and cool vids too. Those arms are awesome. great shape in the arm and delt - really thick and round! Nice going on the front squats - great depth.

Thanks a lot dude :hyperguy: I try to keep the form real strict at all times when squatting. It's no biggie - 265. I could prolly do 8 reps or so at that weight :food-snacking:
