As for the gym I train at - the free weight section is a tiny square room which is crowded with 3 people in there. A smith rack, decline bench, 2 adjustable benches, a chin bar, dip bars and DB's up to 45kg is all it has to offer.

Achilles>> Thank you man and welcome :tiphat: I didn't always do FB no. I've done a LOT of split-training in the past, but I built most of my mass on 2-splits and the like. The split I'm doing now is somewhat a 2-split eventhough most bodyparts are hit every session in some way. Been lifting for 7 years by now :)
