Bulk>> 130kgs is marshmallows :D not really no :no: 2 rounds of squats is sick - can't argue with that. But it's a question of programming yourself for it. There must be no way around it.

Fortunately your sessions go some way to over-riding the inherrent shoddiness of your music choice. Immense lifting again. So many sets of benching and with such impressive weight! And the deads too.

Wish I could dead properly again. :tear:

I split squats into two because Boris Sheiko tells me to :food-snacking: I guess it's because 20 sets of squats in a row is too sucky even for russian lifters.
