Really good session, but like I wrote in Lionhearts log, I dont like when you lift more then me and then finish the sentece with Nice and relaxing or nice and light :angrydude:

Hypoxy>> Cheers man. The benching was dynamic effort pressing though. Not taxing at all. I do this for technical purposes once a week, trying to enhance the explosiveness in the lift.
