Yes sir! I have to with anything 365lbs or over, since I had knee surgery I have knee pain and I feel it too much with anything over that weight. So I like to eliminate the weak link and wrap it so that my quads do not suffer due to my insufficient knees :tear:
I am looking for a video camera, I want to get a vid of me squatting. I just have to hope the roomie remembers. If I get one I will let you know.
Keep up the good work buddy :2: From the looks of things it is definitely paying off, you and JB are beasts! Also your avi falls of nothing short but impressive, especially for off season weight.

I have used a knee-sleeve before, I do not like it as much. But it would be better than nothing for some movements like lunges. But with squats I prefer wraps, I suggest giving them a try. They make it so that you do not feel your knees much, so focusing on getting the weight up is all thats on your mind.
