Great training Tunen. I really like your trainings style. I might copy some older workouts from your log and try it myself or do you think that would be to much for me. Ive been training for 2 years now although I didnt commit to one trainings style. Ive been hopping from routine to routine.

Thanks a bunch dudes :2:

Achilles>> You could definitely copy my protocols. They are somewhat advanced in lines of exercise choices but if you learn the moves by someone knowledgeable, you could go for it.

my ipod is basically all slipknot with entire subliminal verses on there. great music.

your training style is interesting, out of curiousity how long have you been training this way and what are your stats? and have they changed since you started training this way? looks like it works well though. gotta be real careful not to overtrain but if you nail it correctly it looks like a winner. i just wish you posted in pounds not kg's:disgust:

Overtraining is not gonna happen from day to day so it is pretty easy to avoid. We do how ever hope to overreach at the end of each cycle.

Epically sucky deadlifting session. I just couldnt hit the right path. 230 is too heavy for an off day. On the other hand, my job interview went well :2:

After skimming thru your log I saw your using some kind of progession protocols for BP,DL and SQ. Could you help me with that, than I will use some of your workouts but with a bit less volume.

Thanks fellas :2:

Achilles>> make your own progression scheme bro, it's not hard :) Just be sure to start out conservatively.

I am applying for a management consulting position in PA Consulting. I have assessment this Thursday, so I'm practicing lots of cases.

JB & Till>> hilarious.
