Great session Tunen, for your lockout problem.. I always did partials on a smith machine and that always fixed the problem. Just use heavier than normal weight for the last 1/3 of the exercise and rep it as many times as you can for a few sets. :tiphat:

That's actually somewhat what I'm doing using the chains and board. The chains make the lift heavier at lockout than at the bottom and the board limits the rom. Thanks for the advise anyway :2:

great sessions tunen. some heavy benching going on. i've never tried using chains on bench before but i'd like to try it sometime, just need to get me some heavy ass chains. front squats are impressive too.

Sweet work as ever. Your gym certainly has the right gear in what with the chains and equipmewnt at your disposal and you make damn good use of it!

Here's the new protocol. Nothing fancy really... Sessions will be short and sweet. About an hour a pop I presume as compared to the 2 hour + sessions we've been doing for the last many months. Looking much forward to shorter sessions :hsughr:

looking good tunen, hope the U/L gives you a bit more recovery time and we see some new growth!

also i was wondering if you know where i can get access to that study about how protein synthesis is elevated for 48 hours after training etc! preferably for free!

The studies I've read are on pubmed and hubmed and hence not free. idk if you can dig them up somewhere for free. I doubt it.
