Sweet session today! I like these shorter ones very much. It's not as taxing and tiring as the FB sessions :2:

I prefer U/L protocols as well and to be honest you could benefid from this. FB sessions are extremely draining for the CNS. I even think doing heavy squats and deads could hold back progress in your upper body because of that.

We haven't done any full-body sessions as far as I recall.

very stupid post...your workouts are indeed inspiring and i think that every thumbs up or any kind of applause is motivating for the receiver and means that he is good at what he does...

New session looks good. With this shorter routine split and having the more energy your already impressive weights should rocket further!

Pickle>> Thank you as well buddy :) The extensions are no more a waste than e.g. triceps extensions or barbell curls. Adding some high volume direct tension to the quads never hurts. The PL squats are not exactly quad isolators :coolguy:

Decent effort in a foreign gym, which proved to be the best gym I've ever visited. They had EVERYTHING you could wish for - even an arm-blaster :gaygay: And they even had a spectacular view of a large track area through panorama windows. And new floors. Great place!
