fair enough! Pickle and I were discussing your awesomeness the otherday on MSN and i was wondering your age and how long you have been training etc? also how did the multiple sets of low reps come about!

lol my awesomeness prevails :coolguy: Well I'm 26 and I've been training for 8 years. I've tried every style of training and dieting out there I guess :) I've found that focusing on strength in the 3 big ones (bench, squat, dead lift) produces the greatest hypertrophy results for me (being a natty). To go there I alter between high intensity and high(ish) volume, always keeping the frequency rather high (compared to FLEX "programs"). This is why I rep your PB :gaygay: (I wish )

Creator>> Yup I liked it as well. Felt much better afterwards :food-snacking: Thanks dude.

hahaha:49:

Tho I have to admit Tunen is AWESOME :xyxthumbs:

lol, fair enough, well i couldnt think of a better word to use, plus if i didnt have a positive adjective, it would have been 'pickle and i were discussing you'.......which comes of kinda sinister or like gossip, so i had to use 'awesomeness' to avoid it being weird.....i guess.........Fuck....you Philo, cock popsicle! lol........did that pic come from your personal vault of smut!

even your light sessions are impressive.i listened to"Serpent smiles and killer eyes"and i liked the songs feeding the demons(best song in that record)and drinking with the king of the dead
the rest of the record wasn't really good tho.Ballet of the brute is superior record in my opinion.

Prince>> :gaygay: Thanks :spy:

Alex>> Cheers :2: Those two tracks do stand out, but I actually like most of that record. Ballet of the Brute is swell as well :gaygay:

Another great session. Curse your "light" sessions. Sumo's were super fine.

Always a good thing to see you training with your shirt off. :gaygay:

I just need to go and have some alone time now...
