Yep I love them. They really hit every angle of the bicep, and wonderful pump as well.

Delts! Pretty good session. I swear my Seated DB Press got worse, but lets see what you all think...

DELTS

SEATED DB PRESS: 35x15, 40x15, 45x14F, 50x10 <ds> 30x8F
UPRIGHT BB ROW: 65x15, 75x15, 75x15, 75x15
PUSH PRESS: 55x15, 65x15, 75x15, 75x15
SIDE RAISES: 25x15, 25x15, 30x10 <ds> 20x10
REAR RAISES: 30x15, 35x15, 30x15

ABS

CARDIO

TREADMILL: 15 mins. - 160 cal.
SEATED BIKE: 10 mins. - 90 cal.

No hott nurse today, oh well...There is this huge ass dude that goes to my gym on a regular basis....I was watching him get huge between my sets. He was over by the dumbells doing 85lb DUMBELL CURLS! I was like Holy Shit...this guy is a monster...soo I always get some motivation from him. This weekend, ill have to do quite a bit of cardio. See ya'll later!

Very long sets with serius weights, Pablito, you can't be disspaointed at all. Sorry 4 your nurse and holy shit, 85's dumbells curls... was him Levrone? :D

Paul I'm not even going to comment on that session, lots or reps, weight is improving bla bla bla.

I'm disapointed in the cardio session though, you only burned 250 calories in 25 calories, step it up Paul. Hit the elliptical, do 20 intense minutes I wanna see no less than 275 next time. I'll come to the gym with you and make you do a good cardio session dammit.

That was a decent cardio session. It will get better, I promise. I used to do 45 mins. on the Stair stepper, and 10 mins. on the bike....that was a great session. Ill get back to that soon.

its not about length, its about intensity. 250 calories in 25 minutes is weak! get off the tredmille, do the elliptical, you can burn 300 in 20 minutes Easy!!! As I said, no less than 275 calories in 20 minutes on your next session

Good work on the caps Paulie, dropsetting too, that's a good recipe for a burn! I don't think the cardio was that bad. We've all got to start somewhere. It takes me about an hour to burn 500 calories off and I'm going flat out!! Stick at it mate, you'll soon see an improvement in it.

I did some cardio tonight. First, I jumped on one of the ellipticals and I couldnt turn it on...so I jumped on to a different one (the one where you can grab the bars and move your arms with) I did maybe...

3 mins. - 30 calories

Then I decided I hated that machine, it was uncomfortable. So I jumped on the other one again, I got a working one and this is were I stayed for a while.

20 mins. - 288 calories.

Pretty good cardio session. Tweak always yells at me, even for that recent cardio session. So I had to burn over 275 calories or something and I did, now he can shut his face.

Tomorrow I will shoot for 300 cals. And ill probably ride the bike a little and do some of the stairmaster. :xyxthumbs:

Great session Pablito, glad to see you are increasing intensity! Ellipticals are pretty uncomfortable for me, when I do carido I usually run.

I want also 300 cal. next time! :D

Well another short session here.

FOREARMS

REVERSE PREACHER CURLS: 35x20 (warmup) 55x20, 55x20, 65x20, 65x20
BEHIND THE BACK BB WRIST CURLS: 65x20, 75x20, 75x20, 85x20

TRAPS

BB SHRUGS: 135x10, 185x8 (grip sucks), 185x8, 135x15
--- Grip was gone, so thats all I did

CARDIO

ELLIPTICAL: 20 mins. - 325 calories. (intense, eh?)
STAIR STEPPER: 15 mins. - 138 calories (kind of laid back)
SEATED BIKE: 10 mins. - 88 calories (laid back)

Good cardio, good forearm work but terrible trap work. Oh well.

again another sweet cardio session, thats what I'm talking about Paul. I want to see this more often dammit. Good to see some forearm work as well, and dont fret about your grip, remember I told you try those static holds again, your grip will get much stronger with them believe me.
