Man I get people do lat pulldowns with the whole stack plus a 20 lb plate and there back is going down that far that it's nearly touching the floor :hhj:

- This was a good workout, higher volume today than I usually do. I should probably start doing more of these high volume workouts because im cutting and that would be pretty good for weight loss.

^^ I swear, half the stair steppers are broken because level 3 and level 9 are exactly the same. The resistance doesnt change at all, and I even tryed entering my weight in and still the resistance is the same. Only a couple arent broken, and usually most people know which ones are the best so they use those ones :no:, my gym is so gay.

The military press is looking good, and the side laterals are good as well.

I dont think I would consider this high volume though, you did all the right movements though so I would say this was a pretty great workout.

I like your shrugs too, you should just shrug and do chinups at the same time :spy: :49: :49:

Everything there looks really solid, Paulie. The military press is very good and I really like how you're working at getting better and better at chins; they're definitely a dangerous weapon to have in your arsenal. The DB shrugs look great as well. Very solid overall.

Another sweet cardio session. Shorter than I wanted it to be.

Stair Stepper - 28 mins. :49: - Grade: A

^^ It was pretty intense. More intense then the cardio session earlier. But I grabbed the good stair master.

Nice militarys Paulie. I really think you should start doing proper sets of chins though, even if you only get 3 or 4 reps you build up very quickly.

I started falling asleep around 25 minutes :spy:

























Actually it was 10pm, the gym was closing and I was to scared to finish out my 2 minutes because I didnt want anybody to get angry.

I just got back from doing some cardio. It was a pretty sweet session, pretty intense. And today is my high carb day, and my day off from weights.

Stair Stepper - 30 mins. - Grade: A
Treadmill - 10 mins. - Grade: A
^ Incliine at 7, started at a speed of 3, then worked my way up to 6

nice cardio mate I hate doing cardio 30 mins on the stair steppers pretty intense
