Back/Bis! Great session. Got my goals and then a little some. Here it was...
BACK
DEADLIFT: 185x6, 225x6, 245x3, 205x6
BENT BB ROW: 185x6, 205x6, 185x6, 185x6
T-BAR ROW: 90x6, 90x6, 100x5, 90x6
HAMMER STRENGTH LOW ROW: 180x6, 200x6, 230x6, 250x5
BICEPS
BB CURL: 65x6, 85x6, 95x5, 100x4!! (Thats what ive been waiting for)
DB CURL: 35x6, 45x6, 55x3
I did about 10 mins. of cardio on the bike, then did about 20 mins. on the treadmill.
I reached my Deadlift goal for the day, easily. I went up to 245...and I could feel my back arching a little bit and my grip was giving up so I stopped at 3. I dont want an injury and im not going to sacrifice form, Tweak taught me that. BB Row was excellent, no jerkin at all. I was losing grip big time, otherwise I would of gone heavier. Now, 100lb BB curl is what I really wanted, and I was sitting there thinking..."What the hell, I havent even attempted 100...so lets do it!" I got 4 pretty good reps, and I was really pleased about it. Tomorrow Tweak and I are training Delts. See ya then! We'll probably have videos tomorrow!
