Back/Bis! Great session. Got my goals and then a little some. Here it was...

BACK

DEADLIFT: 185x6, 225x6, 245x3, 205x6
BENT BB ROW: 185x6, 205x6, 185x6, 185x6
T-BAR ROW: 90x6, 90x6, 100x5, 90x6
HAMMER STRENGTH LOW ROW: 180x6, 200x6, 230x6, 250x5

BICEPS

BB CURL: 65x6, 85x6, 95x5, 100x4!! (Thats what ive been waiting for)
DB CURL: 35x6, 45x6, 55x3

I did about 10 mins. of cardio on the bike, then did about 20 mins. on the treadmill.

I reached my Deadlift goal for the day, easily. I went up to 245...and I could feel my back arching a little bit and my grip was giving up so I stopped at 3. I dont want an injury and im not going to sacrifice form, Tweak taught me that. BB Row was excellent, no jerkin at all. I was losing grip big time, otherwise I would of gone heavier. Now, 100lb BB curl is what I really wanted, and I was sitting there thinking..."What the hell, I havent even attempted 100...so lets do it!" I got 4 pretty good reps, and I was really pleased about it. Tomorrow Tweak and I are training Delts. See ya then! We'll probably have videos tomorrow!

Man, at first I was going to compliment you on your deads and rows (which are outstanding btw), but then I saw your big numbers on BB and DB curls and was even more impressed, especially since you hit them up after back. Your arms must've been swollen as fuck after those heavy-ass curls. Keep pounding 'em buddy!

great session paul! that was some big numbers. good job on the deadz man, they are gettin bigger and bigger everytime. those curls are hardcore. u really went heavy and got it good! keep it up man!

about time you broke 100 pounds on BB Curl, and finally you broke 200lbs on BB Row, and you got the 55 for 3 on db curls, you definetely went heavy today. Your low row improved quite a bit too, you had a personal best of pretty much everything again, tomorrow we shall dominate again and you'll get some more personal bests, it will be glorious

SIDE RAISES: 25x6, 30x6, 35x6
PUSH PRESS: 95x6, 95x6, 95x6
UPRIGHT BB ROW: 95x6, 105x6, 115x6 <ds> 95x8 <ss> Front DB Raises: 20x12
REAR RAISES: 35x6, 45x6, 55x6 (Tweak said form was horrible, lol) 35x6 <ds> 20x10 (Video!)
SEATED DB PRESS: 40x10, 50x8, 60x5F (really pleased with this, form was ALOT better, and it was the last thing I did)

ABS

I have a video of my rear raises, I hate the video. But ill post it anyway.

great session man, u got some good numbers. those rear laterals are pretty hard, but u got them for reps, the clip was good, and lol at the second one. those are some big improvements man, just keep it up and those numbers will only get bigger.

Wow Paulie, taking it to the max every time. Dropsets look like a killer mate. Superb session with the Tweak. To be honest, I think your form wasn't that bad on the rear laterals. Well, it doesn't look any worse than mine!!!

You guys and your subs!!! Thanks for posting the clips though mate, really good see you and Tweak. When I'm back hitting the P.B's on the Anaerobic stuff, I'll get some clips up with Rocky.

Well, rear laterals didn't look crappy, but for sure not the best. Anyway, you are putting lots of volume in there, you'll feel that you worked out hard this morning when u get up :D

BTW: great idea to post past workouts to compare with actual one.

some hardcore sessions just keep working on your form on squats it can only get better mate, did you watch that prison weight comp vid the trainer said how he has seen people break there back doing squats!! anyway good numbers and weight keep it up
