what flavors of whey did you want?

6lbs of Chocolate?
1lb of Vanilla?
1.3lbs of Optimum Nutritions Unflavored

that would come out to just under 54 bucks for all of that :e5dunno:

Yea thats fine. Is that a good deal?? If i get that, then ill have to deffiantely make the protein pancakes or else it would just be stupid to get that.

it would be really stupid if you got unflavored and vanilla and didn't make any real food :49:

Well the regular Price for the items is

Chocolate Whey 6lbs - 45.99; my discount = 32.19
Vanilla Whey 1lbs - 12.99 but its BOGO so 6.50; my discount = 4.54
Optimum Nutrition Unflavored 1.3lbs - 19.99; my discount = 13.99

add 6% tax and just under 54 bucks.

Ok just get that. Plus it will be easier for me to get protein if I need it because im paying my own bills, and I dont get bills every week, but before I was paying my dad every week... and that sucked, it was like half my paycheck.

I was wondering if you were still updating this thing or if it has just became a gossip column :e5dunno:

Backtracking a page, I saw the full body session and everything looks good. I take it your back was bothering you too much to do squats which I guess is acceptable but hopefully you'll heal up soon and bust some out.

I injured my back almost 2 months ago on Deads. It still gives me problems when I train legs, but thats the only time. Im afraid to do squats and deads, and anything requiring me to bend down. Tweak will call me a pussy anyway if I dont do squats or deads next time. I dont even know what to do.

I don't mind full body man, it's hard stuff. I no you can do more then that on bench press though, you've done that weight for reps of 10 for like 6 sets  Hard up Paulie, or it's rape time :spy:

Today was cardio, no training.

Cardio
Stair Stepper - 15mins. - Grade: A (bumped the levels up some more)
HIIT - 8 laps (1 mile) - 8 sprints, 8 walks
Treadmill - 10 mins. - Incline 7, bumped the levels up frequently, started a nice little sweat
Then I walked about 6 laps around the track with my dad, we chatted for awhile about working out and about my injury :e5dunno:

Did some light cardio today with my sister. She was pussin' out like half way through and wanted to do the treadmill instead of HIIT on the track like I usually do. The track was kind of busy, so I just did some treadmill work as well. Tomorrow im doing a double cardio session :skurred:

Well, it looks like your last cardio session was about 35-45 minutes, with about 27-28 minutes of actual work. So I was teasing you, saying that your sessions are short, so maybe instead of calling it a double you should just call it a regular long session :spy:

:bowroflarms:

Seriously, though, you should be able to run for an almost indefinite amount of time at a certain pace. It might help to do some easy long days as endurance builders, and by that I mean at least 30-40 minutes of non-stop running at a slightly uncomfortable pace.

^^ Good :xyxthumbs: Not the dying part, the 2 miles nonstop. Make him run a little bit after that, too. Get him close to dead
