Well I was back in today!
Barbell Bench Press :
-20x20kg + 15x55kg + 10x65kg + 6x75kg
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press :
-15x18.5kg + 10x23.5kg + 5x29kg
Cable Triceps Extension :
-15x45kg + 10x55kg + 7x60kg
And some shitty pumping this was very nasty workout. no power at all
But I think it will come after this week.
