Hello again! I didnt want to do new thread to training section so I ask this in here.
What kind of split are you doing right now? Some advices please? I have been thinking some 3-day split?

If you're thinking of a 3 day split then a full body or upper/lower split will probably yeild the best results. Pick some choice compound movements to base it around. There are loads of threads already in the training section on options for these workouts and if you check the sticky "Split training - all wrong!?!" there's more advice!!
