-Stiff-Legged Barbell Deadlift
10x50kg + 5x60kg + 2x10x70kg + 5x80kg
-Pulldowns Behind The Neck 10x25kg + 5x45kg + 2x5x50kg
-Dumbell Curls 10x10kg + 5x23.5kg + /5x23.5kg + 5x18.5kg + 5x15kg + 5x13.5\ no breakes + 10x13.5kg
-Smith Shrug ( something called this ) 10x50kg + 5x60kg + 5x70kg + 5x80
-Seated Calf Raises 2x5x60kg + 5x70kg + 5x80kg

Well I havent never been thinin that there is so much weight comparing to me. :coolguy: But I can do bb curls with 47.5 and I weight about 62kg :dunnodude:

-Hack Squats 4x10x90kg
-Dumbbell Bench Press 10x18.5kg + 3x10x23.5kg + 5x28.5kg
-Dips 10x15kg + 2x10x25kg
-Smith Machine Shoulder Press 4x10x40kg

After this some rear abs! And home!! I was feeling very weak, weekend was to hard! :angrydude: :disgust:

This was did yesterday!

Ahh... yesterday I got into gym... I needed to keep break.. :D long break for sure 1 day! My hands are pretty in pain but it is just good thing! :ihavesandinmyvagina
