Actually from what I recall of Jorn's log there isn't much in it between the weights being lifted by you both - and Jorn is older. You're doing well peghi! Glad to hear the flu is gone - onward and upward my friend.

Warmup : in hack 15x50
-Hack 4x10x90kg
-Bench Press ( dumbbell ) 3x10x23.5kg
-Machine Shoulder Press 3x10x15kg (each side)
-Seated Triceps Press 4x10x23.5kg
-Ab Roller 3x12

Me and my friend did this with 1 min rest. easyyy! :tiphat::ughnoes:

-Stiff-Legged Barbell Deadlift 3x10x50kg + 10x70kg ( my first time )
-Pullups 10x10kg + 10x5kg
-Lat Pulldowns 2x10x70kg
-Dumbell Curls 3x10x18.5kg
-Barbell Curls 25x20kg (pumping)
-Dumbbell Shrug 3x10x28.5kg
-Seated Calf Raises 2x10x50kg + 10x60kg + 10x70kg

Oooh! My grip was so not good :angrydude: After pullups it was slipping..:disgust:

good session mate, everything looking solid, lat pulldowns and pullups stand out for sure, db curls are strong too...

-Leg Press 10x200kg + 3x5x250kg + 5x290kg (not so hard :angrydude: )
-Cable Crossovers 10x30kg + 3x5x40kg
-Weighted Dips 10x10kg + 5x15 + 5x20kg + 5x25kg + 5x30kg ( not so hard )
-Machine Shoulder Press 10x15kg + 5x20kg + 5x25kg + 5x20kg
-Ab Roller 3x25 ( my head was exploding! :weaksuace: )

Here it is and see you tomorrow! :hay:
