so back under 100kg lol. fucking eating. thinks it can tell me what to wear.

push presses 80kg 5*5
db flat press 50kg (booya) 2*5 4*4
1 arm db overhead 2*12

had a quickie because gym now shuts at 8 on thursday/friday. i dare it to be throw more spanners in the works. im pretty happy with my db presses tho. good mental barrier pressing the 50s for the first time in 4 years :D... (never pressed 50s for that many consecutive sets either so i guess its a pb!... of sorts. lol)

very convincing sessions lately pickle. strong push presses and db presses. last session looks great too. 145 for 5 sets of 5 is nothing to sneeze at. good work bro:2:

thanks bulky, last session was creatineless as well. one more week of this then ill deload might 1rm test for chins,bench,squat then onto another 3 week block contemplating copying skips smolov squat,bench combo.

bench press flats 115kg 6*4 1*3 (had 4 catted out tho because im a shit ****, upped weight for last set to punish myself for my scaredness.) 117.5kg*3

chins overhand me*6 me+10kg *5 me*20kg 8*3

closegrip bench 82.5kg*12 *7...
db skullcrushers 20kg *12 *6... (i really have to do something else with my supporter exercises, im dying like a bitch after first set... ego check and lift lighter perhaps :p)

curls barbell 20kg *10 30kg *8 40*6 cheat curls 60kg *5*5*4

had 2 deload sessions this week and then did a 1rm session today. new 1rms.

Squat 172.5kg
bench 132.5kg
Chinup 30kg

bodyweight 99kg. Technically not all time best strength for legs but it is the biggest ive 1rm'd deep bench is an all time 1rm no dispute :) strongest ive been in bench ever! last time i did 130 was when i was 20 lol and lol

my next short term goal is to smash 140kg bench and 180kg squat. my bench had a lot more in it today i felt 135 could of been done but again i train alone so i wasnt game. Im not progressing where i need to be for my lofty long term goal but hey any strength gains are a win. Especially at my height, lol.
