push presses 80kg 5*5
db flat press 50kg (booya) 2*5 4*4
1 arm db overhead 2*12
had a quickie because gym now shuts at 8 on thursday/friday. i dare it to be throw more spanners in the works. im pretty happy with my db presses tho. good mental barrier pressing the 50s for the first time in 4 years
... (never pressed 50s for that many consecutive sets either so i guess its a pb!... of sorts. lol)
