cheers fellas, i was happy to get 5 sets of 5 on 112.5kg. form was fairly tight (did have to consciously tell myself not to bounce on a few tho.) and again i did it without a spotter.
for day 1 of week 3 i might just do 10 sets of chins and bench and not worry about supports. 2-3 reps. try and tear some new terroritory. start with 115kg on both excercises and pyrimid up weights.
