hey pickle. those are some serious goals uve set for urself. wish u luck with achieving them. keep working as u have and there is no doubt in my mind u can do it. everyone has bad days in the gym. props for finishing and pushing through. next time will be better!

db rows standing 40kg 3*20 reps (fucking fuck fuck, I had to rest pause my left arm and swing on last set, these are almost as brutal as 20 rep squats lol.)

news just a hand, im officially 100kg naked for the first time in 4 years. guess whos come back is finally getting momentum?

week 2 day 1

Did some rear raises for warm up.

Bench press
30kg *12, 60kg* 8, 80kg *5, 102.5kg*2, 112.5kg 5*5, 115kg *3

Wide Grip Chins
me *6, me+12.5 4*6, me+12.5kg *5, me *6.

Closegrip bench.
85kg*11, 85kg *8 ... maybe not so heavy next time... wanted 2*12 lol

skull crushers
47kg *10, *6 (again aimed for 2*12, guess whats holding back my bench... give u a clue... starts with tri ends with ceps.)

Cheat curls 60kg 2*5 :D

Machine curls... lol... 2*12 30p

cheers fellas, i was happy to get 5 sets of 5 on 112.5kg. form was fairly tight (did have to consciously tell myself not to bounce on a few tho.) and again i did it without a spotter. :)

for day 1 of week 3 i might just do 10 sets of chins and bench and not worry about supports. 2-3 reps. try and tear some new terroritory. start with 115kg on both excercises and pyrimid up weights.

tut squat (bum touch calves only come upto parralel) 80kg*15 (probably had 20 in me but again pussy)

kneeling squat (first time ever did these) 60kg*12,100kg3*12

ham curls 50 4*12

ball crunch me+10kg 3*12

stretched then out.
