wanted to do GHr but was ill prepared...
1 set of goodmornings 1 set of kneeling squats
Push press 80kg *5*4*3 meh.
lat pulldown 40*12 70 3*12
Db press 3*12 37.5kg i was rooted
incline rows 20kg 4*12
tricep pushdown 100 3*5
stretched then out.
