i discovered the same thing when i tried a fullbody session once. doing anything after squats just really suck.

anyways, good session pickle. solid benching and squatting. loving the chins aswell:)

qucik update.

117.5kg bench 9sets of 3 1 set of 2 (lol) (5kg up from last week)
chins did same ammount of reps with 20kg :(
squats added 5kg to my 20rep set. (made my back supertight tho. ugh)

Just wanting to increase my bench squat and (so i dont become a pointless sumo and because i still cant deadlift without hurting my back) my chinup. So I do those 3 times a week and throw in some supporter work. im trying to work the 3 under different rep ranges 10*3, 6*6, 4*12 (instead of 4 by 12 i do warmup sets and 1 set of 20 rep squats). trying to do more back and hammy work to compensate for bench and squat loving. sessions have been long as a **** tho so other non back and hammy supporter exercises i may have to move to have a 4th day. i.e pushpress, skull crusher, cheat curls etc. with the heavy day for squat and bench its at 85% of 1rm from week one and ill try to go 5kg more each week. deloading and 1rm checking in 4th week (im expecting way bigger 1 rms in 2 weeks since week 1 and so far 2 have been peices of piss ( not for chins) but for bench and squat no worries.

im gonna have to introduce some cardio soon tho and accesories on my hammy work double hard as im about to start playing touch rugby league lolol which means running and trying to run fast. :O which means i dont want hulking quads without hulking hams :O which means oh fuck. please no hammy tears touch wood

your benching seems to be taking off. 117.5 for 10 sets of 3 is badass. what do u estimate ur 1rm is as of now?

missed a session last week as i was down with those dirty mexicans (NSW people) so i didnt know how todays session would go. I cramped my hammy bad benching so i stayed completely away from legs :O:O:O

quick session today was supposed to do it yesterday but helped ex girlfriend move.

Bench 105kg 6*6
squat 130kg 4*6 1*5 1*4

burnt out like toast! p.s missed back and hammy work from lack of time.

came home jumped in the pool, then in the shower then stretched xoxoox

deloading now then 1rms nextweekish
