Deadlift from platform (trying to get proper form so increasing the rom to counter my tall man syndrome)
60kg 6*6 (my quads felt absolutely brutalised after these, dunno why lol)
Bench

DB pullover (lol, did it for the rib cage expansion, lol I was impressed by my flexibility and lack of shoulder soreness tho)
25kg*8 27.5*8 32.5*8
Nautilis Tricep Extension 1 set failure 6 plates (really liked this machine it had elbow pads, maybe i need an arm blaster. My tris were epicly big after these tho) lolool

quick chest stretch then out.

lol thanks bulky bro, i wish i was strong as you. You kill me in every lift even the bench so i dont know what your talking about!

nah I dont train failure on bench failure would of been the next rep 6 or 7.
Its interesting how pyrmiding weights stacks up tho. next week ill be back to 10*3 all same weight and 6*6 and im only shooting for 10 sets of 3 on 115kg. and my first session of 6*6 is back to 95kg lol. But Ill add 5 kilos on every week so ill shoot for 125 10*3 in 3 weeks. :thumbsup2: and 105 6*6

the biggest change in my bench since i trained with the boys (where i only 1 repped 120kg) is making my lowerback arch more pronounced and bringing the bar to below the nipples rather then above. My glutes still never leave the bench but it keeps my shoulders down and back which is awesome. I did catch my arch in the mirror though and i could almost squeeze my hand through so perhaps im cheating a bit much...

100kg but im 191cms so I guess imagine a person lee preists height weighing 60kg instead of the 85 then me and this imagenary person would have the same proportions. :drool:

If I was to look buff id have to be 140kg lol and pound for pound strength ill never have... :'(

had a good introduction to my new splitt tonight. My housemate came and we did abs at the end lol and lol. Abs are the weak sauce lol. Hes an almost professional soccer player though with background in gymnastics so its good to be pushed and measure myself to him.

Push Day 1

Bench 85% of 1rm
warm ups 20*20 60*8 80*5 110*1
115 7*3 (such a yawn so I ramped) 117.5 *3 120*3 122.5*3

Push Press
20kg *10, 40kg *5, 75kg *5*4*5 meh for that middle set.

Squats 70%of1rm
122.5kg 6*6 squats were deep and my drive was good. bring on 127.5 next week :D

Nautlis Tricep pushdown 65lbs *15*12

Medicine ball crunches 2* 12-15 (mate was doing 20reps lol)
Leg Throws 1*6... lol 1*8 (again mate was doing 20 reps)
Side Bends 25kg 2*12

wow! huge pressing throughout mate:2: awesome benches, and im surprised u were able to throw such numbers up at the push press after having done bench. very solid:2:

Pullups pronate. me+20kg 8*3 bw*8 chinup supine *6
Fat boy chins 2*12
Platform deadlifts 100kg 6*6 (felt pretty good from the platform was suprised with my form. mind you my body awareness for hip lower back is shoddy so i probs need skip or freako to check it out.) But it did feel good
More fat boy pullups 2*12
Dumbell curls 30kg *6*5
Hamstring curls 5plates 4*12

stretched hams and lats forearms and neck then out. xoxooxx

awesome session buddy. great pullups. those fat boy chins are nice as well. been awhile since ive done em. when u say 30 kg db curls. is that total weight or weight per db? cuz if its weight per db then that is huge!
