seriously strained my neck during bench. Probs has something to do with too much video games lately as well... My whole session bar the arnold presses was a shit c-unt

Bench
95kg 6*6

Tricep Bench
75kg 4*8 1*7 meh

Squats
150kg 5*3 3*2 MEH
Tut squats (bottom third I was pissed off with me trying to get out of the hole so i did squats from a2g just to parrelel.) 100kg*15 strip 60kg*15

Arnold presses
25kg 2*10

Cable crunches
70lbs 2*15 abs cramped beyond repair so I had to cut it off 2 sets early...

Stretched then out. xoxoxoxox

Have you tried from the bottom squats? They help with getting out of the hole. Or boxies of course.

So I havent gone max monster. Ive kept my exercises the same just put them into an upper lower split rather then push pull. My hammies suffered through last week and i should of known better.

Bench 120kg 8*3
(got cocky and tried to ramp last 2 sets for same reps
122.5kg 2*2 (lol, whoops)

Chins me+10kg 4*6 1*4 1*5

Push press 65*5 70*5 75*4 :S 80*3 :S 80*4

Bent over rows 105kg 6*6

one arm tricep overhead 12.5kg *12 15kg *10

stretched then out. xoxooxoxoxox

Nice benching and pressing, 80kg above your head is some serious weigth.

thanks sexy. i need to get serious on the bench. realistically theres no way I should be behind benno on pressing. Hes got dicky shoulders I dont. Im young hes old. Sure he has lever advantage from being born as froddo baggins but in the pec dancing stakes I bet id have him beat. screw any other lifts I want to beat freakos bench. lol

Why I am a better bencher than Pickle:
1. I have awesome benching leverage.
2. With my advanced years I have more benching experience.
3. My pecs may not dance but they make up about 40% of my body mass which gives me a great advantage, the rest of my body is 40% glutes and 20% miscellaneous.
4. I am just awesome.

JOG LOLOLOL 2k's (gotta start somewhere)
squats 127.5 6*6
deads 105 3*6 (had to stop deads early my lower back was fucked like majorly fatigued... probably not the jogging but ill blame it anyway)
1 legged stiffs 20kg 3*6
leg curls 60lbs 2*12 50lbs 2*12
cable crunches 70lbs 4*12 (had the same cramping after second set that cut my session short last week but this time was able to stretch it out and continue)
seated calf raise (did it for the lulz) 40kg 1*15 1*12 fuck me lol did the reps slow but damn never thought id fatigue on that weight

stretched quads hammies hammies some more back and then out.
